Terms and Conditions — Up North Coding LTD
1. Services Provided
Up North Coding LTD provides BMW coding, programming, diagnostics, and retrofit services including remote coding, diagnostics, retrofit programming, software customisation, technical support, and performance-related coding options.
2. Customer Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have compatible diagnostic equipment, a suitable Windows device, stable internet connection, compatible BMW vehicle, adequate battery support, and the ability to follow instructions during sessions.
3. Payments
Full payment is required before work begins. Prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice. Chargebacks after completed services may result in legal recovery action.
4. Bookings and Scheduling
Services must usually be completed within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Up North Coding LTD may reschedule bookings where required.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are only provided where services cannot be delivered as agreed due to an issue on our side. Refunds are not available for incompatible vehicles, hardware faults, missed appointments, unsupported software, customer cancellations or completed work.
6. Vehicle Compatibility
Certain coding features may not be available on all vehicles. Some modifications may affect manufacturer warranties, connected services or future dealer software updates.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
Services are provided on an "as-is" basis without guarantees or warranties. Up North Coding LTD shall not be liable for indirect losses, software incompatibilities, downtime or losses exceeding the service fee paid.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, scripts, coding files and tools remain the property of their respective owners and may not be copied, redistributed or resold.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Customer information and diagnostic data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection laws and will not be shared unless legally required.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
